∎ Masters in any discipline/ MBA in HRM.
∎ Skills Required: Advance knowledge in Excel, payroll management

∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain proximity attendance & leave management of all employees of Head Office;
∎ Ensure, verify and advise monthly wages sheet of factories to Finance & Accounts Department by 4th of each month;
∎ Ensure, verify and advise monthly salary/ holiday/ night allowance of Head office & Factory's office staffs to Finance & Accounts Department timely;
∎ Prepare and coordinate, compile & forward payment advice of bonus-incentive bonus-increment-monthly wages/ OT/ salary payment sheet to Finance & Accounts Department;
∎ Maintain leave records/ status for corporate office and factory office staffs in a transparent manner & post it to attendance registers upon approval of the authority;
∎ Handle Expatriates leave, payment;
∎ Compile & co-ordinate workers increment related task;
∎ Ensure, verify and process approval of final settlement, maternity bill payment & forward payment advice of separated employees to Finance & Accounts Department;
∎ Coordinate with Tax adviser for employee’s yearly tax assessment and maintain required documents;
∎ Participate in disbursement wages/ OT/ salary allowances in the Factory & Head Office as per schedule;
∎ Check appointed manpower with approved Human Resource Plan & if found any discrepancy make update to the reporting authority;
∎ Ensure/ maintain all required HRIS reports in the assigned areas for the group.
∎ Ensure opening of Bank account for all staff;
∎ Prepare quarterly presentation consisting with required HRIS;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 33 years
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Must have experience in group payroll management.
∎ Must have advance knowledge in excel.
∎ Well known HR payroll software.

Salary: Negotiable
