∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Oversee the creative direction of all design projects, ensuring consistency and brand adherence.iii. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to understand their needs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
∎ Design Execution:Create high-quality design assets, including: i. Brand identity materials (logos, stationery, style guides)ii. Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters)iii. Digital graphics (web banners, social media graphics, email templates)iv. Print materials (packaging, labels, signage)v. User interface/user experience (UI/UX) designEnsure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.Manage design projects from concept to completion, overseeing timelines and budgets.
∎ Team Management:i. Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support.ii. Recruit and hire talented design professionals.iii. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
