Candidates will get privilege to know the Work Procedures of Buyers like H&M, Lindex, Varner, ETAM, OVS & Morrisons, Next Sourcing.
Good at MS Excel.

Responsibilities & Context:
Placing Online Booking on Maersk Portal & Info Nexus and other systems (if necessary)
Coordinate with the Marketing & Merchandising Department for Shipment Schedule and PO Sheet collection, checking Master LC/ Sales Contract before export execution.
Coordinate with Buyers, Factory, C&F Agent, Shipping Line, Banks, and Regulatory Bodies for export-related issues.
Confirm to make Ex-factory of Ready Goods on time and strongly follow up with the Transport Authority and C&F Agent up to handover the goods at CFS or Shipping Lines/ Forwarder Warehouse.
Preparing all Export Documents such as Commercial Invoice, P/List and other related documents as per Customs and Buyer requirements.
Issuing EXP and duplicating EXP accordingly & FCR submission in Forwarder’s Portal.
Preparing Invoices on ERP and the Buyers’ Portal.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all export-related activities in a professional, efficient, and trustworthy manner.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Export In-Charge with the company’s export operation.
