Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand communication strategy, Brand Planning/ Development, Designing, Marketing Campaigns, Marketing Strategies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands
∎ Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
∎ Supervising advertising and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
∎ Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
∎ Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
∎ Analyze consumer behavior and evaluate the marketing strategies of establishments.
∎ Responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
∎ Source, negotiate and deal with agencies, Dealer, vendors and suppliers.
∎ Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter etc.)
∎ Ensure events/activities are completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur.
∎ Create and edit posts, videos, and other content in Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
∎ Establish and maintain brand budgets.
∎ Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media.
∎ Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
∎ Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding.
∎ Testing and improving the design of the website.
∎ Create brochure/poster, leaflets, signboard design, advertisement content, banners, newsletters, flyers, festoons, and other branding materials

∎ Energetic, dedicated, and hardworking with team spirit and a person of integrity and professionalism.
∎ Team player and enjoy work under pressure.
∎ Must be able to design.
