Responsibilities & Context:

1.Formulate the Strategic direction for the Business Growth in line with the Business KPI`s and the Overall Strategic Priorities of the Company 

2. Develop new clients & engage with the various stakeholders (Buyers - Customers - Hospital – Operation Team etc.) and assess the potential growth opportunities.

3.Understand the market, the customer and the competition. 

4. Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.

5. Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.

6. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, plans, and objectives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

7. Analyze competitors’ market, customer preferences, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

8. Lead, mentor, and motivate the consumer sales team, providing guidance and ensure sales support 24/7 so that they meet individual and team sales goals.

9. Establish performance targets, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training and development programs to enhance the team`s capabilities.

10. Ensure effective market visit and field monitoring for identifying the gap of market, and sales team, take initiative to resolve those problem in effective way also manage customer complain smoothly.

11. Provide regular reports to the management on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

12. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

13. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
