• BSc in EEE / BSc in Mechanical from Reputed Public Engineering University.

• 6-8years' experience in RMG industry including.

• Computer literacy & Must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking

• Residence: Preferably in Gazipur.

• Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work hard and control Pressure.

• Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.

• Result-oriented and a strong desire of success.

• Self-starter & proactive.

• Good interpersonal skill.

Job Responsibilities:

• Capable of handling RSC related issues.

• Fluent in CAD (2D) drawing (e.g., SLD, LPS etc).

• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment (e.g., boilers, compressors, sub-stations, generators).

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

• Ensure power supply to all machines and factory utilities is stable and within specifications.

• Assist in new machine or equipment installations including wiring, panel setup, and testing.

• Support energy-saving projects and electrical efficiency improvements.

• Ensure all electrical work complies with factory safety protocols and national electrical codes.

• Maintain documentation related to electrical maintenance logs, permits, and inspection reports.

• Coordinate with production, mechanical, and utility teams to plan maintenance schedules.

• Report daily activities and incidents to the Electrical Manager or relevant department head.

• Monitor inventory of electrical spare parts and ensure availability of critical components.

• Raise requisitions for parts and follow up with the procurement team.

• Respond quickly to any electrical emergencies including power failures or machinery breakdowns.

• Fluent in MS application (e.g., Excel, office & power point).

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.

• As per company policy.
