Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Professional Training/Certification on VAT Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Data Driven, Good written and verbal communication skills, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Organizational and Planning Skill, Team management, Time Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Income Tax and VAT, Minimum 5 Years Experience in dealing with Pharmaceutical VAT, VAT Accounts Reporting, VAT Tax Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation & maintain of VAT accounting register forms and invoices/challan as and when required by VAT Act & rules.
∎ Liaison and closely work with VAT regulators and solve the barriers related to Company VAT issues.
∎ Maintaining all books of accounts related to VAT, Musak form etc. as required by the law.
∎ Preparation of monthly VAT return with required supporting and submission to VAT authorities on time.
∎ Follow up the documents preparation as required by law.
∎ Follow up VDS compliance.
∎ Ensure timely deposit of all government dues related to VAT
∎ Prepare monthly VAT reconciliation.
∎ Familiarity with local & International VAT law and VAT declaration procedure.
∎ Capable to handle all kinds of VAT and Custom related audit.
∎ Any other issues related to VAT assign by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong computer skills; time-management, organizational and planning skills
∎ Strong written/verbal communication, relationship management skills, and attention to detail
∎ Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
∎ Must have experience in pharmaceuticals industry.
