∎ SEL is seeking for a smart, enthusiastic professional with self motivated & pro active people for Business Development Division.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively communicate sales schemes of Industrial Capital Machineries promotions in the assigned market.
∎ Achieve sales targets as per Sales plan Industrial Equipment & Machineries.
∎ Executing sales growth plan and sales drive through a team effort to achieve the target.
∎ Reporting to line supervisor daily / monthly / yearly basis.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
∎ Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
∎ Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to serve for at least 3 years.
∎ Good communication & presentation skill in English and Bangla (oral & report writing skills).
∎ Must possess polished presentation, top level marketing, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on MS office & Internet browsing.
∎ Strong leadership, Influence & negotiation skills with business acumen & must have the ability to present & engage at executive consumer levels.
∎ Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with senior management & clients of all levels in the corporate/ Govt. sector.
∎ Having driving license & capability of riding Motorcycle will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
