Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a sales team and provide leadership.
∎ Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
∎ Set individual sales targets with sales team.
∎ Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
∎ Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
∎ Control expenses and monitor budgets.
∎ Have a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
∎ Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
∎ Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring terms are favorable to the company.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activities to senior management.
∎ Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner.
