Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize and coordinate trainings and share training status in Quality Review Meetings
∎ Ensure training execution with proper documentation and archiving
∎ Maintain and review individual training files with assessment records
∎ Conduct QA related training and orientation for new employees
∎ Print, issue and verify batch documents
∎ Handle QMS activities as needed
∎ Manage controlled copies and archived documents as per requirements
∎ Prepare/review SOPs and training materials
∎ Maintain job descriptions and signature logs
∎ Any tasks assigned by Supervisor/Head of Department/Management.
