∎ Monitor and ensure in time production as far forecast.
∎ Solve any immediate problem occurred during production process.
∎ Calculate process time and flow chart from processing products.
∎ Prepare daily productivity report.
∎ Proper utilization of manpower and machineries to maximize production capacity.
