Education:

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
This requirement may be flexible (Diploma) for exceptionally eligible and competent candidates with proven experience in similar field.

Responsibilities & Context:
The managerial position is responsible for planning the respective area budget, ensuring budgeted sales achievement, credit recovery, and implementing field promotional activities.
Equipment Maintenance & Operation
- Ensure smooth and reliable operation of all utility systems including diesel generators, air compressors, boilers, HVAC systems, 11 kV substations, WTP (Water Treatment Plant), and ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant). Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Maintain maintenance logs, records, and reports in alignment with company and compliance standards. Ensure availability of essential spare parts and tools for uninterrupted operations.
Technical Expertise
- Possess strong working knowledge of large-capacity dehumidifiers, seed treating, seed processing and finishing machines. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement permanent solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for energy efficiency and equipment performance optimization.
Team Leadership
- Lead and guide the maintenance team to achieve high standards of technical performance and workplace safety. Conduct regular training and skill development programs for maintenance staff. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth plant operations.
Planning & Budgeting
- Prepare and monitor annual and monthly maintenance budgets. Assist the Supply Chain Department in preparing technical specifications and evaluating vendors for engineering materials and spare parts. Plan and schedule preventive maintenance as per OEM recommendations and plant requirements.
Compliance, Safety & Audit
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, government regulations, and audit requirements.
- Implement and monitor workplace safety protocols, lockout-tagout (LOTO) systems, and fire safety measures. Maintain documentation for internal, and external audits related to utilities and engineering.
Regulatory & Licensing
- Liaise with legal and regulatory authorities for obtaining and renewing licenses and permits related to utilities (boiler, generator, electrical substation, environment etc.). Ensure all statutory inspections, certifications, and renewals are completed.
