Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Meet personal target assigned in AOP.
∎ Visit outdoor frequently to collect potential data.
∎ Assist to complete all procedure of MOU signing for product Collection (Inventory)
∎ Provide Legal support and guidance to seller.
∎ Draft and complete important legal documents (Government Agencies such as RAJUK, Ministry etc) support and guidance to seller.
∎ Maintain knowledge of real estate law, local economies, fair housing laws, and types of available mortgages, financing options and government programs.
∎ Prepare and manage documentation and internal databases to ensure most up-to-date property and client information is on record.
∎ Follow up Sales Clients & submit daily report.
