AUDIT AND INSPECTION, Factory HR Administration Compliance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure & follow up all HR document as per buyer requirements on compliance issues.
∎ Ensure COC of customers.
∎ Always update respective area and prepare the required document ready for all kinds of audit, buyer or high official visit.
∎ Proper implementation Industrial laws and workers' rights and buyers in social requirements compliance areas.
∎ Monthly arrange Fire Drill, WPC & Mid-Level meeting, Electrical Hazard, COC, Risk analysis, Environmental, Health & Safety, Schedule wise Fighter Training, SOP, Updated Law information, Canteen Committee, C-TPAT Related all issues and Compliance Relative any kinds of Committee Meeting, Training and Awareness.
∎ Conduct training to workers.
∎ Correspond with buyer representatives on compliance related issues.
∎ Prepare for compliance audits.
∎ Prepare CAP and ensure they are completed on time.

∎ Age at most 45 years
