∎ 3 to 5 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Published: 1 Jul 2025

Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Science (MSc) in any discipline
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from a reputed institute is preferable.
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Fisheries or Marine Biology.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monthly/Yearly sales planning and forecasting.
∎ Effective team management to meet monthly sales target.
∎ Initiation sales programs and activities to grasp dealers and thereby increase the sales volume.
∎ Search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage.
∎ Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
∎ Lead and motivate the team towards continuous growth.
∎ Evaluating performance of the team members.
∎ Analysis competitor’s activities and take necessary strategies accordingly in line with company policies.
∎ Review daily sales report of the sales team and assess performance to provide feedback to management on daily basis.
∎ Check and ensure product availability in all dealers.
∎ Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
∎ You have to manage sales activities by marketing officers.
