Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for general ledger and maintaining financial records
∎ Responsible of accounts receivables and payables
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting and tax law
∎ Creating and processing invoices
∎ End of month Balance Sheet reconciliation
∎ Cross Checking invoices with payments and expense to ensure accuracy
∎ Assist finance manager in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial report
∎ Weekly reconciliation of accounts receivables and payables
∎ Filling and remitting of taxes and other statutory obligations
∎ Organizational Skill and ability to work with deadlines
∎ Sending bill and invoices to the clients
∎ Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
∎ Communication with clients regarding billing and payments
∎ Advanced math skill to keep accurate records and supervise the book keeping of an organization.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skill to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments
