Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record and maintain all financial transaction into Tally Prime software
∎ Reconciliation of intragroup transactions
∎ Record in excel database for various reconciliation
∎ Communicate respective department for approved documents for processing files
∎ Process suppliers/vendor bill for approval & payment
∎ Ensure TDS, VDS deduction, recording and reporting as per rules
∎ Maintain VAT accounts & ensure submission to circle VAT offices
∎ Prepare financial statement as per income tax rules
∎ Process salary, OT, sales incentive for payment
∎ Handle internal audit queries
∎ Travel outside Dhaka for outlets inventory reconciliation if require

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Must have practical knowledge of Tally Prime accounting software

Salary: Negotiable
