Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the Financial by maintaining accepted accounting principles, practices, standards, law and regulation of Income Tax Ordinance,1984 and VAT Act. 2012 Rules 2016.
∎ Daily cash dealing & maintaining Bank Book, Cash Book, Cheque Deposit Register , Cheque Issue Register, Asset Register and preparing journal.
∎ Checking and posting Accounts receivable and Accounts payable data in proper way by maintaining accepted accounting principles.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation with Bank Book and Bank Statement.
∎ Maintain TDS & VDS functions/activities.
∎ Understanding Taxation & VAT policy of Companies and preparation documents accordingly.
∎ Maintain payments to suppliers, contractors, employees, bank and others.
∎ Analyzing the Bank Statement.
∎ Should have the ability to work in the payroll management & provident fund (PF) management of the company.
∎ Maintain project & Others cost analysis.
∎ Preparing the analytical financial reports as per management recruitment.
∎ any other task assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 30 years
∎ Proficiency in the use of computer Office programs for: Office Management, Accounting Software, Tally, Oracle ERP, Payroll & PF Management.
∎ Sound knowledge in Accounting ERP and AP automation.
∎ Sound knowledge of accounting principles, Income Tax Ordinance,1984 and VAT Act. 2012 Rules 2016.
