- Must have Knowledge about MS-Word, Excel, Accounting Software etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain all kind petty cash expenses and properly recording systems.
- Maintain up to date accurate accounting for efficient Cost Control.
- Monitor the collection of due payments. Proper knowledge of banking operation and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and verify bills/ vouchers for vendors and other expenses.
- Prepare and maintain fixed assets register. Maintain Petty cash and reimbursement regular basis with head office.
- Prepare the cash and bank book. Checking various cash disbursement through approval process.
- Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly report and submit to the management.
- Prepare monthly & yearly Financial Statements. Perform any other assignment given by the management.
- Must have knowledge about VAT and Taxes.
- Adequate knowledge of MS office package specially in MS Excel.
- Accounting knowledge with ERP software.
- Prepare monthly salary statement.
