Responsibilities & Context:
Preparation of Daily Cash and Bank Balance position.
To manage day-to-day accounting records including ERP entries.
Assist in daily Fund Management by proper monitoring and control.
Communicating with Banks to ensure proper flow of daily transaction.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation as per assigned portfolio by the
management.
Provide necessary bank vouchers regarding loans, financing cost, bank charges, remittance, provision, adjustment, rectification, reversal etc. to support management and legal accounts.
Report of any unusual activities like delay in depositing collections, Interest, charges calculation of overdraft and short-term loan and term loan etc.
Planning and implementation of routine depot visit to ensure sound cash management practice.
Other tasks are allocated by the reporting person.
