Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Business wise Payment Voucher, Journal Voucher & Adjustment Voucher as per guideline of company.
∎ Ensure Proper documentation with safe and standrd systems for Bill, Vouchers, Bank Statement, Agreement, Letter, Notice, Corresponding documents, etc.
∎ Accounts preparation and Bank Reconciliation.
∎ TDS & VDS Deductions from supplier bills & preparation of Challan adn timely deposit to govt. treasury.
∎ Manage voucher files after payment.
∎ Ensure all the inventory and report to the management.
∎ Assist to the Finance team in business cost & Revenue Analysis & vetting with prospective departments & any other assignment is given by higher authority.
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction in Software.
∎ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets for financial analysis and reporting.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and reporting.
