∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ CA or ACCA qualified (partially). A Masters degree from a reputed university in accounting with work experience in SMEs may also suffice.
∎ Good analytical ability.
∎ Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Experience in the software export industry will be highly appreciated.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain regular book keeping by properly filing the vouchers.
∎ Maintain bank book and cash book.
∎ Prepare monthly financial statements using Quickbook.
∎ Prepare project-wise profitability analysis, ratio analysis, and a few other management reports on monthly basis.
∎ Prepare invoices on time and send them to clients.
∎ Track and follow up on receivables.
∎ Prepare payroll of the employees.
∎ Prepare vouchers, get checks signed and make payments for expenses.
∎ Help prepare the yearly financial statements.
∎ Help with administrative work.
