Job Context:
∎ We are currently hiring for the position of Senior ERP Implementation Executive - Finance Module (Contractual) at our HQ, in the heart of Dhaka. Join our family and build an inspired career you`re proud of.
∎ The Senior ERP Implementation Executive is a contractual position. The incumbent will be accountable for successfully executing the implementation of the Finance module within the ZXY ERP system under the direction of the ERP Project Lead during the contract period. The incumbent will assist in ensuring a smooth and effective integration of the ERP Finance module, aligning with the organization`s objectives. This role involves serving as a key facilitator, implementing streamlined and efficient financial workflows that adhere to internal control best practices and reflect the existing policies and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess current financial policies and procedures and develop the ideal workflow to be used with the new ERP system.
∎ Ensure that workflows incorporate key financial and procurement controls as identified in policies and procedures.
∎ Work closely with finance and technical teams and evaluate how system changes will affect workflow, data, and reporting.
∎ Understand finance user needs and recommend, implement systems/solutions to address process gaps, improve, standardize, and automate finance work processes and reports.
∎ Understand the business processes, ERP security protocols and help identify ways to streamline workflow and integrate into the system.
∎ Assign access permission of financial modules to users based on role requirements.
∎ Assign dashboard access based on role specifications and country office.
∎ Follow up on the maintenance of master database for customers, vendors, factories, banks, courier companies, freight forwarders, employees, departments, designations, payment terms, port and country information etc.
∎ Differentiate between system and user-end errors and troubleshoot accordingly.
∎ Maintain log file of issues and update regularly with resolution status.
∎ Ensure various financial reports and modules are up and running in all offices (i.e., India, China, Turkey, UAE) via regular monitoring.
∎ Design process flow diagrams to clarify and streamline data flow.
∎ Monitor and track project progress against goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
∎ Follow-up/monitor the Preparation of user manuals intended as a reference for end users, providing guidance on usability and features of ERP from functional perspective.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 - 6 years' relevant work experience in ERP/MIS Development and Implementation with a reputed organization
∎ Must have knowledge of Accounting & Financial Implementation, ERP development tools and business processes.
∎ Having prior RMG industry experience will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent problem solving/analytical skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships working as a team.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines.
