Additional Requirements:

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. You must have minimum 6 years experience in Fire Systems engineering
2. You must have at least 2 years experience in managing team
3. Must be at least BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
4. Very sound knowledge (& proven experience) on NFPA 13, 14, 20, 72 and other relevant codes

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description:

1. You will be handling an engineering team of 8-10 engineers

2. Reviewing designs done by your team before releasing

3. Efficient delegation of tasks and visits for your team

4. You will be required to make project visits to create project requirements (BOQ) and meet with client for various engineering support

5. Your task will involve design and drawing wherever may be required. This is to clarify that the duty doesn`t only involve reviewing your Team members` work, rather in various occasions, you may have to do the actual drawing and design yourself

6. Meeting with RSC and other relevant authorities for engineering review and clarifications

7. Present during RSC & other relevant authorities` T&C and Pre-T&C

8. Perform independent T&C under your supervision and physical presence

9. Project management from the start of installation until the handover and through after-sales. You will be assigning Team members for individual project. One engineer may often handle multiple projects. For critical projects, dedicated engineer may be appointed. You will be responsible for all the coordination, efficient follow-up with your project engineer, and achieve deadline

10. Involve into project billing and successful payment receiving wherever needed

Working Hours: Sat-Thu, 09:00 to 18:00. Your working hours may have to be flexible and beyond office hours as and when required for business
