Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
A Master’s degree (MBA in Marketing or Digital Media) will be considered an added advantage.
Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, SEO, or Analytics will be highly preferred.
However, candidates with strong proven experience and portfolio may be considered even without a formal degree.
Minimum 3–6 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
Proven expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube SEO & Monetization.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance analytics.
Strong knowledge of video production, editing workflow, and content distribution.
Must be result-oriented, disciplined, and data-driven.
Experience working in marketing agencies will be preferred.
Must have hands-on experience in one or more of the following sectors:E-commerce, Food & Beverage, Real Estate, Cosmetics, Agro, Consumer Products, Electronics, Healthcare, and Hospital.
Applicants must submit a portfolio or proof of work showcasing relevant experience in the above categories.
A recommendation letter or appreciation certificate from a previous company or client is mandatory.
Marketers 360 Degree is looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage and grow our entire digital ecosystem from campaign to content, from YouTube to analytics. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the Digital Marketing Department, overseeing all online platforms, social media campaigns, content strategy, video production, and brand promotion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign & Performance Marketing
Plan, run, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping)
Manage budgets, ROI, targeting, retargeting & conversion tracking
Generate detailed performance reports for each campaign
SEO & Web Management
Expert in On-page & Off-page SEO, keyword research, backlinking, and content optimization
Familiar with website design/development process and CMS platforms (WordPress, etc.)
Google Analytics, Search Console, and GTM setup and monitoring
Video & Content Marketing
Deep understanding of TV drama, web series, short film, reels & YouTube video production
Optimize YouTube channels & videos for growth and monetization
Create strategies for high reach and engagement in a short time
Social Media Growth & Monetization
Manage multiple YouTube channels and Facebook pages simultaneously
Ensure security and smooth management through Facebook Business Manager & Rights Manager
Build organic and paid growth strategy for faster audience development
Know all possible monetization options for YouTube and Facebook
Client & Strategic Responsibilities
Handle client meetings, proposals, presentations, and campaign budgets
Run campaigns for multiple industries: E-commerce, Real Estate, Food & Beverage, Agro, Cosmetics, Healthcare, Electronics, etc.
Coordinate with communities & groups to boost visibility and reach
Marketing Automation
Knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, SMS & Auto-call marketing tools
Setup automation flows for lead nurturing and remarketing
