Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/ Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executing, Monitoring, and Analyzing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google ads, and other social media platforms.
∎ TG Identification and ROAS scaling.
∎ Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, and Copywriting.
∎ Researching and gathering information and knowledge to develop well-informed strategic plans
∎ Producing cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns.
∎ Generating original ideas for campaigns and content communication.
∎ Compile reviews and reports for the presentation of advertising performance of Digital Media.
∎ Identifying potential problems for the brand and devising ways to rectify them.
∎ Identifying competitors ideas and loopholes and creating hook and strategic pull.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 to 3 years experience in the same field.
∎ Must have excellent analytical skills.
∎ Working Hours: Saturday - Thursday (10 AM to 6 PM)
∎ Ability to be under tremendous pressure.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
