Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any Discipline.
∎ Any Student Counsellor Certification will be Preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Immigration Consultancy, Student Consultancy

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Student's background assessment and guiding the student on study options available in overseas universities as per their profile.
∎ Responsible for Admission process in Canada Universities and VISA submission.
∎ Making sure to get the application outcome from the provider on time by doing regular follow up.
∎ Preparing and assisting students with application related documents (e.g. GTE, SOP, etc.)
∎ Preparing, reviewing, and lodging applications (e.g., university applications, visa applications, GTE, SOP, etc.)
∎ Follow up with students via emails and phone calls. Responsible for a prompt reply to students' queries.
∎ Active participation and contribution during education fairs, universities visit, and in-house seminars organized by the company.
∎ Networking with students for Career Counselling, generating leads, and Business Development.
∎ Assist in any other relevant duties as assigned by the senior management team pertaining to overseas education.
∎ Facebook Live, Video Content for Promotion.
∎ Giving marketing insight to the marketing team and supporting the marketing team to produce error-free content.
∎ Anticipate and understand any potential obstacles to sale (file open) and work to remove these obstacles.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Educate the students on our services.
∎ Staying up-to-date with knowledge of university courses, entry requirements, scholarships etc.
∎ Managing the progress of client files, leaving file notes, and meeting deadlines.
∎ Keeping up to date with policy, regulation, and industry changes.
∎ Candidates must be good at English.
∎ Candidates having a good IELTS score is a plus point.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration & Student visa Consultancy Service.

Salary:
∎ Salary will be discussed based on the experience and service that can be offered by the applicant.
