• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries

• Graduation/ Post Graduation in Finance/Accounting/ Economics or related field from reputed university.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Automobile, Paint, Toiletries

• Age 26 to 35 years

• Experience in Structured Corporate Finance or Banking is a plus.

• Good exposure in Corporate Financing, Planning & Analysis, Financial Modeling, Presentation Preparation & effective communication.

• Analytical Skills and Financial Planning skills·

• Finance and Financial Statements knowledge·

• Financial Modeling experience·

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities·

• Conducting deep, detailed fundamental analysis across the capital structure of firms in the relevant universe.

• Evaluating business model, its competitiveness within an industry, and the industry`s long-term health and viability.

• Rigorously tracking and analyzing financial and operational performance of candidate business/company on an on-going basis.

• Collecting and interpreting data, such as company financial statements, project requirements, funding imperatives.

• Analyzing company accounts, profit and loss sheets and cash flow information.

• Fostering and maintaining relationships with external parties including company management and sell-side analysts.

• Use complex financial models to project future earning and profit/cash-flow potential for decisions and proposals.

• Perform project feasibility analysis and prepare meaningful and comprehensible reports.

• Be updated on statistics relating to Debt Market, Capital Market and Forex Market along with all the micro/macroeconomic indicators that influence these markets.
