∎ Skills Required: Consumer Durable - Sales & Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising & Promotion, Business Development, Furniture Sales, Market Research, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, implement & facilitate annual sales & marketing plan for the company.
∎ Develop sales procedures & increase the bulk sales.
∎ Take strategic decision to grow market size for bulk sales
∎ Develop annual sales & marketing budget for the company.
∎ Develop strategic business plan that expand companies' long-term sales.
∎ Seeking new corporate customer to achieve annual sales target.
∎ Achieve marketing & sales operational objectives.
∎ Taking strategic plan for expanding market size & implementing rapid sales growth strategy
∎ Identify marketing opportunities by picking out customer requirements.
∎ SWOT analysis & taking necessary action.
∎ Achieving monthly & yearly sales target of the company.
∎ Maintain necessary coordination with the accounts department.
∎ Regularly update of sales information to the management
∎ Able to perform any other assignments given by authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have pleasant personality and willingness to meet people, be aggressive to earn incentives by achieving business development/sales target.
∎ Good market planner
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Good managerial skill
∎ Ability to handle all type of Customers.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
