Job Context:
∎ Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor`s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Linguistics, Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media, or an equivalent discipline.
∎ Have 3-5 years of experience in writing journalism and digital marketing-related content.
∎ Demonstrate excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing.
∎ Display proficiency in the English language.
∎ Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
∎ Possess good time management skills, including the ability to prioritize, schedule, and adapt as necessary.
∎ Show proficiency with computers, particularly in writing programs such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bring innovative ideas to the table and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
∎ Skillfully ask the right questions to effectively capture and communicate the marketing message from clients and stakeholders.
∎ Conduct comprehensive research on industry-related topics and generate creative ideas for new content types.
∎ Deliver high-quality writing pieces that resonate with the target audience.
∎ Write and edit articles, blogs, SEO content, website copies, press releases, social media posts, and other requested channels.
∎ Create, rewrite, and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy and error-free writing.
∎ Organize writing schedules to meet deadlines for content drafts or finished projects.
∎ Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and the targeted market audience.
∎ Ensure all content aligns with the brand guidelines and is engaging and persuasive to drive conversions.
∎ Maintain a balance between concise, functional copy and longer-form blog writing.
