Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)/MBA.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all customs bond related activities such as, yearly customs bond Audit, take yearly entitlement (Prappota) for Dyes, Chemical, Salt, Yarn, Trims, accessories etc. In-Bond, Ex-Bond, Up, New bond license issue, lien bank inclusion & exclusion talking various type of attestation letter etc.
∎ All correspondence with different Govt. organization /Office like customs bond, Dedo, DOT, BIDA, VAT, NBR, EPB, DOE etc.
∎ Maintain strong relation with all customs members and customs bond Commissionerate officials.
∎ Regularly check H.S Code for Import raw materials, customs act, import policy etc.
∎ L/C proper opening up to the standard of the organization, liaison with supplier, C&F
∎ To ensure all commercial activities ( L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties) through overseas communications.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with C&F Agents, Concerned Agencies, Banks, Shipping Line, Insurance Companies, VAT department, production department, Transport Agents for Export & Import purpose etc.
∎ Check all Import/Export documents required at different levels (Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan / Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, another certificate).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial and Bond Customs, Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond. Customs Bond Rules and Regulations.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments.
∎ Progressive experience in the Commercial Department.
∎ High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Capacity to organize time and plan actions effectively to meet simultaneous deadlines.
∎ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill.
∎ Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, Export/ Import through L/C/ SC/TT, Documentation (CI, PL, CO, BL).
∎ Commercial, Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistic, Freight Forwarding/ C&F.
∎ Strong Knowledge of Bangladesh Import & Export Policy.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
