• Age At least 20 years

1. Translate written documents from Chinese to English/Bangla and vice versa accurately.

2. Provide verbal interpretation support during meetings, factory visits, audits, and buyer communications.

3. Assist Chinese management and local employees in daily communication.

4. Translate production, compliance, HR, technical, and operational documents.

5. Support communication between Chinese expatriates and Bangladeshi staff.

6. Prepare and maintain translated records, reports, emails, and official documents.

7. Coordinate with different departments to ensure clear understanding of instructions and requirements.

8. Help during buyer inspections, audits, and training sessions by providing interpretation support.

9. Ensure confidentiality of company information and translated documents.

10. Assist management in preparing presentations, notices, SOPs, and training materials.

11. Interpret phone calls, video conferences, and online meetings when required.

12. Support factory administration and other assigned tasks as per management instruction.
