Additional Requirements:

Sourcing and procurement (domestic and international).
Supplier evaluation and negotiation.
Import/export operations and compliance.
INCOTERMS, customs regulations, and international trade compliance.
Quotation analysis, contract negotiation, and cost benchmarking.
End-to-end supply chain and procurement processes.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers, ensuring performance meets agreed KPIs.
Request and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, MOQ, INCOTERMS, and contract terms to secure optimal agreements.
Oversee end-to-end import/export documentation, compliance, and coordination with logistics partners, customs agents, and banks.
Monitor global market trends, currency fluctuations, and support product costing to ensure the best price-to-quality ratio.
Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate supplier databases and sourcing records.
