• Strong knowledge of air import-related activities and documentation

• Ability to manage multiple shipments with accuracy and efficiency

• Strong coordination, analytical, and reporting skills

Fashion Step Group is strengthening its Commercial Department to support increasing import volume and operational efficiency at the corporate level.

We are looking for a proactive and execution-driven professional to manage air import operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support smooth inbound supply chain activities.

The Executive - Import (Air) will be responsible for managing air and courier import activities, ensuring timely clearance of materials, and maintaining compliance with import regulations. This role requires hands-on expertise in import documentation, shipment coordination, and cross-functional communication.

• Ensure timely clearance of imported raw materials, machinery, and accessories

• Maintain updated knowledge of export-import policies, HS codes, and tariff structures

• Handle import documentation including LC, PI, Bill of Entry, insurance, and shipping documents

• Ensure timely shipment and compliance with buyer and country-specific requirements

• Coordinate with procurement, production, finance, and logistics teams for smooth operations

• Analyze shipment performance and recommend process and cost optimization initiatives

• Prepare regular reports and maintain proper import-related documentation
