Strong communication skills, strong English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Establish and improve the quality management system, lead and coordinate the work of the QC department, ensure the effective implementation of the QC system, and enhance the efficiency of QC operations.
Overseeing the entire quality management cycle from in-process inspection, to final product inspection.
Actively implement cost optimization strategies, reduce defect rates and waste, optimize QC processes, and enhance QC efficiency and quality.
Proven expertise in establishing and managing QA systems, Procedures, and teams.
Training and building the quality team as per buyers Standard.
Remaining responsible for all quality matters.
Reporting to the Top Management on regular basis.
Maintaining cordial relation with buyers.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
