The General Manager will drive long term growth initiatives, ensure financial discipline,and maintain high operational standards across the entire office
key Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute day to day business and opearational strategies to align with corporate goals and market priorities .
Oversee implementation of distribution plans, ensuring channel efficiency, territory coverage and commercial growth.
Conduct periodic business review and evaluate performance and adjust strategies .
Approve major decision in office .
Lead the marketing including structure ,succesion, planning and strategies .
