Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the Sales & Marketing department to meet and exceed sales targets, Providing strategies to target sales.
Communication with clients over the phone, Facebook, what’s app,Drive marketing initiatives to boost company visibility and engagement with clients.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team.
Develop and implement strategies to attract potential B2B agents
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless agent onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Report on sales performance, market trends, and business growth opportunities.
