Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and control daily production activities of mineral water.
Ensure smooth operation of water treatment plant (WTP), RO, UV, Ozone, bottling & packaging lines.
Achieve production targets maintaining quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
Implement and monitor SOPs, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 standards.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams.
Ensure compliance with BSTI, DoE, Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (BFSA) regulations.
Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Monitor machine efficiency, downtime, wastage, and corrective actions.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports and KPI analysis.
Ensure workplace safety, hygiene, and 5S practices in the factory.
