Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ At least a BBA with business development specialization. MBA from a reputed university is a plus.

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independently analyse financial data including itemized expenses, revenues, income, expenditures of innovative businesses related with environmental products and social and community services
∎ Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
∎ Design and modelling of business cases from waste and sanitation service and value chain
∎ Design, organize and facilitate capacity building training courses for SMEs on financial analysis business modelling, business planning and market development
∎ Design and facilitate to develop partnership and contract agreements between SMEs and local authorities (municipalities and city corporations) for improve sanitation and waste services
∎ Networking with Business Associations (i.e. BPGMEA, Organic Fertiliser Manufacturers Association, Bangladesh Biogas Development Foundation) involved with environmental products and services for inclusive and green growth
∎ Networking with Non-Banking Financial Institutes and Commercial Banks who operate sustainable financing schemes and facilitate dialogues with SMEs for reducing knowledge and information gap
∎ Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making
∎ Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
∎ Prioritize and recommend business models that are profit making, sustainable, replicable, and scalable
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have at least two - three years working experience preferably developing businesses for social, environmental or commercial sectors
∎ Demonstrated experience in planning, designing and managing inclusive business models and cases
∎ Hands on experience in designing, planning and facilitating training programmes for SMEs
∎ Hands on experience in using business development tools and presenting business ideas and solutions to commercial investors.
∎ Partnership management with public and private sectors, SMEs and cooperatives
∎ Report writing ability by incorporating analysis of business models and recommendations
∎ Familiarity about financial indicators (i.e. - NPV, IRR, ROI matrix etc)
∎ Strong inter-personal communication skills
∎ Willing to work in a multidisciplinary team
∎ Problem solving ability
∎ Critical thinking ability
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 70000 (Monthly)
