Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and verify all kinds of bill, voucher for ensuring the accuracy transference of accounting transaction.
∎ Prepare area wise audit/inspection criteria and develop audit plan.
∎ That financial proprieties are observed in all matters and overall expenditure incurred is within the budgetary provisions.
∎ Conduct routine / surprise inspection as operational audit towards all the activities.
∎ Take necessary preparation before going to the audit (through collecting required information, equipment, and document).
∎ Audit of the appropriate purchase order, bill of exchange & bank reconciliation.
∎ Inspect cash in hand, receivable, payable and physical stock verification.
∎ To check and verify Accounts/ Store/ Bank/ Commercial activity etc.
∎ Monthly stock verification of various stores materials including central warehouse and branch stock verification.
∎ Scrutiny of various proposals for purchase of goods such as ICT hardware, tools and equipment's, other items.
∎ Proactively inform senior management of significant risks or exposures related to internal controls, compliance and governance requiring prompt decision.
∎ Verification of nonmoving, slow moving and obsolete items at central warehouse and various branches.
∎ Verification of proposals for scrap materials.
∎ Payment Audit: advance bills in the names of employees or third parties, bills, final bills of suppliers, miscellaneous bills etc.
∎ Verification of purchase orders, supplier's bills, purchase proposals, variation in rate or other commercial conditions, etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge new value added Tax & Supplementary duty act-2012 & Rule-2015.
∎ Submission 9.1 VAT return online/manual submission to VAT circle Office.
∎ Identify HS code, Service code, sound knowledge Bill Of Entry & Rebate compliance.
∎ Monthly VAT rebate reconciliation with import local materials & service.
∎ Prepare & support VAT hearing documents for VAT commission rate, Division and circle office.
∎ Prepare all documents, supporting papers for VAT & Tax Assessment purposes.
∎ Reviewing ERP functions to ensure they're working as efficiently as possible and supporting the bottlenecks in ERP operations with the help of developer team.
∎ Prepare different types of audit reports - monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually for the use of the top management as per requirement.
∎ Analyze all the business related reports/statements and develop various control system and improve existing system.
∎ Develop internal audit procedure, activities and prepare of financial statement for audit purposes.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned and entrusted by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have competency on computer based auditing system.
∎ Excellent knowledge on computer MS office packages and ERP software.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong sense of integrity and commitment to good governance.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure and be a team player.
