Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field from a well reputed institute

• 6 to 7 years

• 6 - 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack or back-end development, preferably in a corporate environment

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript

• Experience with frameworks like Spring, React, or Django

• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns

• Experience with database systems like SQL, NoSQL, and ORM technologies

• Expertise in version control systems such as Git

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with performance tuning and scalability strategies

• Familiarity with microservices architecture

Job Context

The Senior Application Developer/Programmer is accountable for the development, testing, and maintenance of advanced software solutions and ensuring code quality. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, code, and maintain complex software applications focusing on scalability, efficiency, and security

• Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Assist in the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment

• Perform code reviews and enforce best practices to guarantee high-quality, maintainable code.

• Debug and optimize existing codebases to improve performance

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables

• Gather and evaluate user feedback and modify software for better usability

• Stay updated on new technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development

• Help develop standards for documentation to ensure recovery capability, satisfactory and stable performance of the platform(s) and all applications and processes
