∎ Shift: Night Shift (6 pm to 3 am)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Foster a work culture of positive, collaborative, responsible, respectful, optimistic and capable of driving a long term relationship, continuous improvement and sustainability inside organization and in the outside with the business partners.
∎ Provide client specific error free desired services.
∎ Excellently analyse products based on property photos and increase sales through approvals and work volume.
∎ Communicating with the foreign client through email and phone calls to respond to their strategic needs.
∎ Communicate with the team members and supervisor to develop a culture of bonding, efficiency, continuous training and team performance.
∎ Eradicate the risk of back charge in any properties we manage and invoice cut with the efficient job processing, explanation and communication with the contractors and the clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Anyone with minimum 2 years of experience in work order processing, client and vendor communication in the property preservation industry will be given preference with attractive remuneration.
∎ The candidate must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
∎ Should have strong interpersonal skills and leadership quality.
∎ Must be self-motivated, energetic, hardworking and capable to work under pressure.
∎ Capable of determining the optimal price for the product and services based on the available data and foresight.
∎ Candidates must have good eyesight, analytical ability and team building capacity.
