Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in BI tools such as OBIEE, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Advanced SQL and analytical skills.
Programming knowledge in PL/SQL, Python, or Java.
Basic understanding of statistics and modeling.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
Experience in campaign analytics, report automation, and audit support.
Responsibilities & Context:
Use advanced analytics and automation to deliver rich reporting, applying scripting, procedures, self-service BI, and visualizations for deeper insights and business impact.
Develop and improve data procedures to boost efficiency and accuracy, document best practices, and enhance processes for better productivity and data quality.
Create custom reports and analyze data from various sources to present clear insights to stakeholders.
Understand business logic to build customer bases for campaigns that boost retention, win back churned users, and acquire new customers.
Implement and maintain automated reports in OBIEE to streamline data delivery and ensure timely, accurate insights for stakeholders.
Design and manage data marts by collaborating with stakeholders to model structures and ensure performance, scalability, and support for BI needs.
Provide validated commission data to Commercial and Finance teams and maintain reporting procedures for accuracy and consistency.
Enable business users with self-service BI by providing training, user guides, and ongoing support for independent data access and analysis.
