Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (Real estate experience will get preference)
∎ Strong understanding of financial management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
∎ Proficiency in financial software, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Typing skills (both Bengali & English)
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
∎ Proficiency in bank reconciliations, accounting standards, regulations, Tax and VAT arrangement
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
