- 5 years’ Experience in accounts.
- Extensive knowledge in MS office package, Email and Internet Related tasks.
- Expert in computer typing both Bengali (Bijoy) and English.
- Experienced in using all kinds of accounts software & tools.
- Extensive knowledge in VAT & TAX.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain daily accounts.
All types of transactions bills & vouchers receiving, checking & recording in Excel Sheet.
Maintain daily cash Book, Ledger & accounts Excel Sheet /software.
Maintain Voucher Entry & Bank Reconciliation Statement preparation Prepare of salary sheet/ payroll.
Prepare of Balance sheet and monthly Income statement.
Yearly account closing and preparing final statement for Audit.
Prepare profit and loss statement (yearly).
Responsible for Vat and Tax Related Queries.
Any other task assigned by management.
