Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Petty cash related activities (Providing IOU/Advance and adjustment process. Payment of petty expenses bills).
∎ Bill checking and forwarding for payment process and cheque disbursement related activities.
∎ Preparing monthly finished goods sales report according to Mushok-6.3.
∎ Preparing monthly revenue report.
∎ Preparing monthly toll manufacturing sales invoice.
∎ Electricity & Gas bill processing and payment through Bank.
∎ Managing Scrap sale monitoring and cash deposit to Bank.
∎ Preparing VAT challan (Mushok-6.3 for toll manufacturing. Mushok-6.4 for Toll Manufacturing Raw Materials & Packaging Materials).
