Job Overview: SDC Overseas Training & Testing Centre Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Senior Accounts Officer to manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, VAT & tax compliance, SAP transactions, and audit activities.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & SAP Operations
Record and post financial transactions accurately and timely in SAP.
Prepare journal entries, payment entries, accruals, and adjustments.
Verify supporting documents and ensure proper transaction coding.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Bank Reconciliation & Cash Management
Prepare daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor bank transactions and ensure timely SAP updates.
Coordinate with banks regarding transaction-related issues.
Maintain accurate bank balances and cash position reports.
Financial Reporting & Audit
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Manage group financial reporting.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
Prepare vendor, bank, tax, VAT, and other account reconciliations.
VAT & Tax Compliance
Ensure accurate TDS and VAT calculations.
Prepare, file, and reconcile monthly VAT returns.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations.
Operational Support
Monitor financial activities and coordinate with operational teams.
Provide timely financial information to management.
Perform other accounting and finance duties as required.
