- Age 26 to 35 years
Experience in industrial relations or labour compliance, preferably in ports, logistics or large industrial operations.
Experience in contractor labour coordination and shift-based workforce management preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage daily employee relations matters, worker grievances, disciplinary cases and labour compliance records.
Coordinate contractor labour attendance, deployment issues and workforce documentation with Operations and service providers.
Support stakeholder engagement and IR reporting.
