Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Coordinating with Chairman and Managing Director for financial management, reporting, and decision making;
∎ • Reviewing availability of skills in the Finance team and recommend changes as appropriate;
∎ • Preparing strategic financial management plan;
∎ • Monitoring financial performance of the operation on company's ERP/ Tally, analyze data, and prepare reports for the management and ERP Automation;
∎ • Reviewing and monitoring financial compliance, carry out financial audits;
∎ • Reviewing financial statements for Bangladesh operations;
∎ • Coordinating with Divisional Finance Director and prepare reports accordingly;
∎ • Reviewing Monthly Management Reports and Project Summary Reports and make recommendations as required;
∎ • Formulating and monitoring annual Financial Budgets and Forecasts, including reporting on variances;
∎ • Controlling overhead and project expenses against budget and Review Financial Proposals;
∎ • Ensuring financial records, record keeping, and financial report are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations;
∎ • Bill, Voucher, and register Checking: To verify bill, invoice, Debit, Credit and Journal Voucher and advance Register, FDR register, Staff security fund register etc. adhere to the Financial Policies and Procedures;
∎ • Financial Reporting: Verification (Receipts and Payments Accounts, Income and Expenditure accounts, Financial Position (Balance Sheet),Cash flow Statement as per prescribed formats;
∎ • Maintaining liaison with Clients, Tax Department, Company Finance Advisor & Auditor and deal Company tax issues;
∎ • Performing any other duty as directed by the Management.

∎ Age 32 to 45 years

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
