Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking, Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounts & Finance
∎ Fully/Partly completed CA/ACCA course
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance, Compliance, Corporate Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and monitor proper book-keeping systems .
∎ Generate monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly financial statements as per management requirements.
∎ Maintain and preserve proper filing systems of accounting transactions and reports.
∎ Generate monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly liability position statement as per management requirements.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of treasury and petty cash management.
∎ Ensure smooth operation of Audit, Income Tax, VAT and other regulatory reporting issues.
∎ Ensure Asset Valuation, Credit rating issues of the Company.
∎ Maintain and preserve proper filling systems for Banks/NBFIs and other Finance related documents and related source vouchers.
∎ Perform month end & yearly financial closing activities.
∎ Reconciliation- dealing with banks transaction as monthly Basis
∎ Prepare & submit monthly financial statement as per management requirement.
∎ Clear knowledge about labor law & company act.
∎ Able to executing Monthly audit program
∎ Maintaining accounts using accounting software (Tally)
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 43 years

∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.

∎ Must have excellent computer knowledge with English communication skill and excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills
∎ Applicant must have skill on team work, work under pressure along with positive attitude
